Its Pancake Day!!

WOW! Its been SUCH a long time since I have blogged...but its pancake day! Pancakes are sooo easy to make and delicious to eat. And since it is pancake day today, I have used the excuse to make lots and LOTS of pancakes! And to decorate them, no worries!~ Just add a splash of lemon juice and kick in some sugar, that'll do the job for a traditional style pancake. Or if you like more fancy ones like me, spread some nutella on and sparkle it with some sprinkles.
How I just LOVE pancakes as it marks the sign of spring (:
